Laos: Service between December 1, 1965, and September 30, 1969.
Cambodia: Service at Mimot or Krek, Kampong Cham Province, between April 16, 1969, and April 30, 1969.
Guam or American Samoa: Service in these territories (or their territorial waters) between January 9, 1962, and July 31, 1980.
Johnston Atoll: Service on the atoll or a ship that called at the atoll between January 1, 1972, and September 30, 1977.
C-123 Aircraft: Regular involvement with flight, ground, or medical duties on contaminated C-123 planes after the Vietnam War.
